Dean is an actor who has been sharing his love of acting since fifth grade when he directed and acted in a short play he wrote.  Since that unique start he participated in junior high, high school and college productions on his way to a degree in theatre and speech.  His complete acting resume lists over 60 plays and musicals, plus over 30 directing gigs.  His theatrical background lends itself to the level of directability, flexibility and efficiency you’re looking for.

His distinctive background also incorporates advanced degrees in school psychology and over four decades of experience serving schools as a psychologist, including five years when he provided his expertise as a special education administrator.  Within his educational community he earned formal recognition from several local, university and statewide organizations.  He was also a sought after presenter at the local, state and national levels with topics ranging from childhood discipline, to learning disabilities, to educational evaluations to autism.  

Dean's interest in voice overs began several years ago.  With an extensive background in the acting/theatrical world he looked around to further scratch his creative and performance itches.  While listening to commercials and narrations he often convinced himself that he could do as well or even better than many of the artists he heard. Plus, with his love of performing and the joy he feels when working with creative people the decision to pursue the world of voice overs was natural. His goal has always been to provide his clients with a quality and effective product. 

Once he made the decision to go for it, his solid work-ethic prompted him to seek out and receive top-notch voice over training that included work with some of the best, most experienced voice over talent in the country.  The feedback from these VO professionals was nothing short of outstanding.
