Hey guys my name is Jeremy but I’m better known in the Total War modding community as BasedMemes. I’m just some guy who self taught/learned how to use Audiokinetic’s Wwise to help backwards engineer the Total War Warhammer audio stuff. Within that space my friend Pear and I are the two modders involved audio in the community audio mixer mod that houses all of the sound event data for all of your favorite mods like OVN, COU, legendary characters, etc., etc.

My main personal project is Champions of Undeath(COU), and I am involved as the audio director in The Bladelords of Nippon, The Hinterlands of Khuresh project (yes the one featured on lore beards), The Riders of the Steppe (Hung), and the Tigermen of Cathay mods.

Until now we’ve sourced our voice actors/actresses pretty organically through word-of-mouth, but there are an awful lot of professional quality mods that I am helping to spearhead audio on so I’m looking to approach this a little differently than I have in the past.

I am really looking forward to working with all of you that reach out and can’t wait to see what the future may hold!
