Well, hello! My name is Robbie, I'm the CEO of this here company and director of 'Wind!'

About MoonSong Studios LLC:
Our mission here at MoonSong is to create a fun, safe, and somewhat professional workplace - our target employee audience being those who have creative minds, and/or that can't function in a completely executive environment (I'm like that :0). In other words, we're catered toward neurodivergent people who are struggling to find a job where they can fit in and have a pleasant experience.

Some (current) helpful aspects of our business are... (Note: more will come as this company expands and begins to make more money!)

- Lenient deadlines (unless specified otherwise)

- Complete respect for our employees

- General encouragement which can be lowered or upped in intensity (best word I can think of)

- A positive, friendly environment 

- Managers are encouraged to talk with those under them, making sure they're all doing good and know they can talk to their boss about anything

- The general public is allowed to report information directly to me (until we get an HR Department), the CEO, about any misdoings of our employees - I will heavily look into it.
