Project Overview

Hiyos Everyone! I'm Raveng, and I'm here to cultivate a team to build greatness with.

I'm currently writing out multiple projects and would like to work from the ground up together.

Some of these projects do contain sensitive topics -> highly sensitive topics as well as gore and violence. Now, I do say that, but I'll be sure to make separation disclaimers to avoid triggering anyone.

I would say most of my works are 13+ but if you have any questions or specific things you'd like to verify the appearance of, feel free to ask!

  • (Whether on here or via Private Messaging are both fine, whatever you're more comfortable with)

I aspire to write and tell stories of all sorts ranging from really goofy to really serious, as well as ones with mixes of both.

I'd like multiple people for each category so that our team can pick and choose which of our projects in the line-up they'd like to/be able to participate in.

Your mental & emotional health & wellbeing are incredibly important as well as your overall enjoyment of the projects themselves. Therefore, I'd like to have enough members that everyone could be divvied accordingly to only work on the projects they:

1) Have proper interest in

2) Are best suited for

3) Can mentally and emotionally handle the contents of

  • The content will have warnings during the divvying processes, not to worry.

I want to build a team based off of various things:

1) Passion for your crafts and the skills of one another

2) Respect of one another 

3) Healthy communications, both in compromise and understanding of all POVs

3) Fun discussions and fun times as a whole 

4) And so much more.

So long as we mesh well, and we can all maintain a heathy & mutual respect with one another -- both in communication and behavior, we'll hopefully be working together for a long time.

As this is just me getting things started, these are all passion projects. So while I hope you understand right now that I can't guarantee payment at the moment, I also understand if you'd prefer to commit your skills and time to currently paying works that make your time worth it.


  • I will say though that I do fully intend to pay my team as soon as I'm able


  • I'm also down for a bartering system if the monetary aspect of things doesn't work out, a trade for a trade is fair game. I just want everyone to at least get something out of this exchange.

    I just want to thank everyone so far who has submitted to be a part of the Sleeptrovert Studios Squad.

    As this isn't a matter of competition, but rather seeing who I can picture for certain projects, as well as qualifications, suitability and what I'm capable of providing you depending on what criteria you provide for me, I will be bringing people aboard consistently before our deadline(s) since (again) there's no competition here because there's no limited slots.
    We want multiples of everyone.

    (so tell ya people and your people's people so we can make our squad as big as possible with all you fabulous, passionate, driven souls to do whatcha do and not get burned out (especially since I can delegate more with more people)! If you want of course.)

    I don't know if I wrote this, or if it was understood but I do wanna make sure it's somewhere so we're all on the same page. Even better if it's multiple places, but as far as pay goes, that will vary by project.

    Some projects may be unpaid
    Some projects may be worked out via a bartering system
    Some projects may be low pay
    Some projects may be decent -> high pay

    HOWEVER, just because you're part of the studio doesn't mean you have to take part in certain projects. You fully choose which works you wanna be part of, no judgement. I may ask why so I can cater project announcement/calls to people's criteria but you'd still be a member. And I wouldn't appreciate you any less for not wanting to take part in a project with no guaranteed pay. I understand very well how valuable time and skill, material and effort -- you name it -- I get how valuable they are. So I don't want to diminish that for anyone. I completely get it and appreciate you for just wanting to support our works at all, even if only by reppin it.

    I may not be able to guarantee I can provide certain requirements for you, and I understand if it's the same for you.
