Huge nerd, sometimes socially awkward. Disguises as a cat at night. Big roleplayer, smat, overacheiver. Is nice, not angered easily unless roleplaying or anime are insulted. Is also an artist.

Pete is a magical demigod that toys with characters' lives s a part of a game. He's smug and arrogant, but not outright malicient.

A dog with a cat's name. Is often ridiculed by Bino for this. Has anger issues, yet has a stuffed bear (and is a late teen). Eats a LOT, but is still very small.

No. That's all metagame. If you let the metagame enforce the rules, then the ruleset isn't closed, and you can change it however you want. You know, like D&D. Let's say I make The New Game, and the purpose of The New Game is so that you can win The Game. If you accept all metagame rules as enforceable, you can accept the new game, right?
