well i started doing voice acting at like the age of 15. Watching anime and some of my favorite tv shows as a kid. Hello there! My name is Jackson Ettinger, otherwise known as 'CaptinJack', or 'CaptinJackVI'. I am a writer and have been wading in the waters of voice acting since November of 2022! Doing voices and telling stories has been a passion of mine ever since I was a child. When I was a teenager, I decided that I wanted to pursue a creative career where I could do what I loved. I currently use an AudioTechnica AT2040 Hypercardioid Dynamic Microphone with a Focusrite Scarlett Solo Gen 4 Audio Interface and Audacity as my audio editing software. I have a pop filter and an isolated home office recording space with minimal sound pollution.
