Hi! My name is Tim Reichert, and I’m a composer - primarily for video games. 
I have been working in the industry for over half a decade now.
Why did I become a composer?Growing up, I was fascinated by how much music can amplify the emotional value or memorability of movie scenes or gameplay. That's exactly what I want to achieve with my music.  I see the pieces as individuals - and that's why I put so much effort into every single one of them. In the end, it is the urge to create atmospheres and emotions that makes me want to compose music.But why for video games?

During my two years in El Camino College's Film program, where I earned anAssociate's Degree, and my ongoing studies at CSUDH, I have developed a wide range of skills associated with audio engineering. My love for vocal performances, particularly in post-production ADR, has been the source of my motivation. I am driven by a desire to help the creative process in any way I can.At CSUDH, I have gained experience in various aspects of audio production. For a scene in the student film Florists Don’t Get Flowers, I cast, directed, and recorded voice actors to perform ADR. I also have experience in restoring noisy audio for documentary footage, and I’ve also co-produced music that featured my own vocal and instrumental performances. I'm a professional voice actor, audio engineer, and musician looking for fun new projects. I got my start in radio over 20 years ago at WMMS in Cleveland where I was the Creative Services Director until 2015. At that point, I moved to Los Angeles to work at KIIS FM where I designed creative audio as Imaging Director through 2023. During that time, I also became the voice of KIIS FM, American Top 40, and On Air With Ryan Seacrest. Today, I continue my voice work for those brands listed above in addition to many other clients across the United States and Canada.When not recording voice overs, I am obsessed with creating music in multiple genres; including rock, darkwave, techno, drum and bass, surf, and metal. Sound and music have always been present in my daily life, practicing the latter on various instruments since the age of six. I started singing in 2013 at the age of 18. This experience allowed me to appreciate different vocal ranges and brought me closer to the Voice in general and combined with my desire to write, led me to produce content as a voice-over and radio columnist.For seven years, I produced, edited and mixed various audio content, such as radio shows, audio dramas, music productions, short and feature-length films and animation videos.
