It went well at first, but the business has dried up, and her debt is due. She is steadfast and dedicated to anything she does. She values confidence and ambition in others. She wants to be the best version of herself and be better than anyone else.

As Boss Carla is a ghoul, you should have a rasp like Gob from Fallout 3 as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ih7LuhAU7k&t=15s. If you do not have a ghoul rasp for your audition for Boss Carla, your audition will be disqualified. 

Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line. 

For the first audition line, you are amused and impressed. It's not every day that you find someone worth your time and interest. You are trying to come off as cool but it's quite obvious that you deeply admire this person's brave attitude.

For the second audition line, you are busy with running your establishment and have no time to waste on random people. You want to know as quickly as possible if this person is worth your attention. You don't care for what they feel, only whether they can be of use to helping you achieve your goals.
