The Riddler is the main villain of Batman: Dark City. He responsible for the Red Hood Gang's plan to assassinate Bruce Wayne and now he wants to kill Bruce Wayne by himself now. But this time, he also wants to challenge Batman.

I highly recommend doing Riddler's Batman: Arkham Asylum (the game) voice. Or what you think you want for the Riddler.
