Ghostlin is a very minor character, she's Life's first lich and was labeled as a failed experiment as Life wanted his first Lich to be similar to Death's first (Janet who kept a grip on her humanity a little). Due to being deemed a failure she wasn't treated fairly by Life. She's a little moody but she's also mysterious.

I imagine her voice to maybe sound deadpanned (or dead). Monotone could work
