How Austyn realised that he was transgender

For this role. you will be narrating the story of Austyn's inner turmoil and the realization he was transgender. Austyn is 3 months on T (testosterone), so you do not have any need to manipulate your voice unless you believe that it would truly work better for the part. You must have emotion and be a good storyteller, and not be squeamish, as this story does hit sensitive topics. You might also be called back for a second project, as Austyn has another story of how his school reacted to him coming out.
When I was 11, I made the stupid decision to attempt to unprofessionally remove my breasts; i.e taking a Swiss Army knife and attempting to chop off my right breast.
Around the end of 4th grade, beginning of 5th, I discovered binding. At first, I used duct tape. (Also, please don't use duct tape. I nearly ripped off a nipple). I then realised that it hurt to use duct tape.
Over time, I realised I was transgender. It took hardships, perseverance, and love. But, I made it out alive. And so will you.
