Pardonne was once human as well. She was actually the scientist that experimented on Yanuna before getting a taste of their own medicine and losing their own memory as well. Which is why Yanuna had so much animosity towards her at first.
PERSONALITY AND DETAILS:
Effectively a new person, she adjusted to her Pokémon life way easier than Yanuna did and her personalty reflects that. Being a joyful, playful and helpful young soul. Although despite her amnesia, some of her traits as a scientist came through. Because of that, she has quite the contrasting brainiac speech to her seemingly dunce behavior. Essentially imagine her as a dumb little sister that somehow has the verbal capacities and mannerisms of a quantum physics and genetic engineering major.
Due to being an artificial Pokémon, Pardonne can evolve but it's never permanent, not unlike mega evolution. Because of it, she has a childlike Braixen voice and a deeper more womanly Delphox voice whenever she alternates between forms. She also has a crush on Yanuna despite him kind of lowkey hating her still.
I was suggested something around the lines of Cassandra Lee Morris.

"Brai! Braaaai~" "Braixen?"
Cheery, talking to herself: "Mister Yanuna has finally been giving me attention lately. He used to always be too busy and now we get to train together. I love being around him." Chuckle. "He's so strong and mysterious, I just feel attracted to him like a Electrobe is to an electromagnetically charged magnet."
Ashamed/caught-off guard: "G-GAH! N-no! I-I just-"
In deep pain but still smiling: "Thank you for finally opening up Mister... Pardonne always felt like something was off but couldn't quite put her paw on it... but it all makes sense now."
Delphox voice. Deeper/more mature yet still as peppy. For pronunciation reference: DEL-fox
"'Delphox! Deeel!"
Peppy: "Lady Felisha! Master lets you know that you're late!"
Overly affectionate: "Master's fur is so soft and loooooong~"
Solemn and caring: "You don't have to be alone anymore. Whenever you need someone to talk to... Pardonne will be here."
In either voice.
Has vertigo, visibly in pain: "What... What are those memories coursing through my mind?... They- it hurts...! M-make it stop!"
Crying, deeply emotionally wounded: "N-no...This can't be- There has to be a mistake!...
