One of the scientists that worked on the project that turned Yanuna and Pardonne into Pokémon, but helped the two of them escape. Now a fugitive from her old coworkers and patrons, she decided to raise the two ex-test subjects. She's he grounded rational one in a sea of crazy, red fire and blue electricity.
Personality and Details:
She's an Alola native, so a slight Hawaiian accent would be nice but isn't mandatory (Nailing the accent may warrant bonus pay). She started out as a shy soft spoken lass, giving off some mistreated intern vibes, but having to be the caretaker for such turbulent Pokémon on her own has taught her how to yell and be more assertive. So she can scream and get upset when she has to. She overworks herself in her makeshift lab a whole lot, trying to find a way to turn Yanuna back into a human, so maybe a slight tiredness to her voice could be appropriate.
Someone recommended something around the lines of Laura Bailey and I can kind of see it.
Clearly unhappy, probably sounds like a naggy mom: "That darn cat I tell you! Always doing things behind my back when I'm busy in the lab!..."
Yells loudly to get his attention: "YANUNA!!"
Has that gotcha! you're in trouble tone. "YEAH! YOU! Don't give me that puzzled look! You know what you've done! You've been bullying Pardonne while I wasn't looking again, haven't you!?"
Recording an audio log, for her research. Calm and calculated tone: "I used to think Yanuna thanking me a few months back was my imagination playing tricks. however Pardonne's Evolution proved otherwise. The past week(s) has(ve) been marked by attempts at developing 'His' vocal choids..."
Goes from completely apologetic to out of this world shocked: "Haha... Sorry for being late. Traffic was worse than I thought and I ended up rushing back when I saw that Pardonne's vitals dro- YOU EVOLVED?! AND CAN TALK?!"
Confused out of her mind: "Y-you were so cute and small but now you... you looks so- HOW DID THOSE OVERSIZED THINGS EVEN COME ABOUT!? It doesn't- They don't make any sense!"
Smiling on the outside but slowly dying on the outside: "I see you two were having fun... worrying me for nothing... Guess this is something else to pour sleepless nights of research into... *Long painful sigh*"
I really like your take but I feel like something's missing. You're nailing the shy part but when it comes to getting her pokémon to listen she has to pump her chest and sound hella demanding.
