Florina’s eldest sister, she leads Ilia’s 5th Wing on an investigation of the Dread Isle. Her entire army is killed by the Black Fang and she sets off to avenge their deaths, until she runs into her younger sister. Florina helps her overcome her grief and guilt and convinces her to join Eliwood’s army.
Fiora is much more open to others than her sister, Florina. Being the eldest sister, she must also be the most mature.
