A scientist lurking somewhere in Irvington. Joseph means well, but is far more interested in experiments then helping others. He's mostly emotionless, especially when compared to his brother, Harold Pavus.

As Joseph Pavus is a ghoul, you should have a rasp like Gob from Fallout 3 as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ih7LuhAU7k&t=15s. If you do not have a ghoul rasp for your audition for Joseph Pavus, your audition will be disqualified. 

Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line. 

As Harold Pavus is his brother, if you have auditioned for Joseph Pavus, you will also need to audition for Harold Pavus with a slightly different sounding voice. Likewise, if you have auditioned for Harold Pavus, you have to use a similar but different voice for your required Joseph Pavus audition. 

For the first audition line, you're proudly defending yourself from accusations of harming the town through your pursuit of experiments. You feel the accusations are absolutely outrageous and moronic. You have no sympathy towards those that believe such slander.

For the second audition line, you are calmly and clearly giving a self - introduction. You want the person to quickly understand who you are and what you want. The sooner you can get to explaining the task you have for the person the better.

For the third audition line, you are quite nonchalant about giving away expensive and rare chemistry equipment. It's slightly sad to remind yourself of how little the great equipment you have is used, but the current state of affairs has lasted so long that you've gotten used to this aspect of your life. It's also nice to know the equipment will actually see usage like it deserves rather than rusting away.
