The villainous leader of Team Rocket. Giovanni is a talented leader and trainer that leads Team Rocket in many evil schemes and plots. Though they usually end up failing, Giovanni is still someone to be taken incredibly seriously.
For his voice, I'm looking for something that is a little deeper (not too deep though) and oozes with evil intentions. He's someone that when he talks you immediately know he's a bad guy, and he's a little cocky when presenting his skill and Team Rockets skill.
(Classic Villainous monologue)
"Team Rocket shall extend their reach far beyond the stars!"
(Has just been defeated but is still somewhat cocky)
"Heheh... Defeated by a child again? No matter, there's no way you can save your friend now though."
