For the first audition line, you just want the courier to understand your situation as clearly as possible. No lies or sugar coating. Just the plain truth. 

For the second audition line, you want to get out of this incredibly dangerous situation as soon as possible. You feel that you have so much left to accomplish in life that dying to a random sniper shot would be incredibly disappointing. You want someone to show you the safest way out of this scenario.

For the third audition line, you are having your limbs chopped off one by one by Legion torturers. You just want to be mercy killed as soon as possible. You hope unspeakable horrors befall your torturers.
