Kazimir, Dictator of the Devouring Element is the 2nd most powerful Dictator in the Russian branch, only being overruled by Alaltin. He is the ex-boyfriend of Czarina and former Lord of Russia, he was a kind-hearted man to those around him which opened up Czarina heart to him. Though he always wanted more, you see he comes from a formerly rich family that had all there money and land due to them being involved in illegal Deforestation as well as being involved with killing many people who migrated to Moscow, Kazimir would take those who came to work and to move in and kill them along with his family which his family called Salvation. The world was outraged when this was found out, he was stripped of his title, thrown to jail, Czarina, of course, broke up with him but this caused her heart to be closed again, for good as they say. Kazimir has the element that eats up others, fire, his power is more Solar as many of his more powerful moves are based off the sun., he has moves named after fire itself or something similar.
