He's calm and collecting, he's happy sometimes if he really wants something to work out and it does, he's serious but he cares for his Proxies. But he does tend to get mad quite easily if there's fighting among Proxies or if they aren't using all their powers/attacks.
I imagine his voice to be slightly commanding and course, similar to a parent lecturing their kids
