Death is cold and calculating, similar to Slender he comes off as cold and takes his birth right seriously. He is the first King to ever create a Lich and is Janet's creator and master.
I imagine his voice to be cold and hard like a diamond, showing no kindness in it at all as he comes off as harsh.
