The man who would later be known as Reaper was originally known as Gabriel Reyes, Commander of Overwatch's black ops unit, Blackwatch. Due to experiments carried out by Doctor Moira O'Deorain, Reaper's cells simultaneously decay and regenerate at a hyper-accelerated rate. He is one of the five counsel members in "Talon".
