WDT - Darkest Dungeon: Voices in the Dark - Voice Mod
JasonK for The Man-at-Arms
""The raw strength of youth might be spent... but his eyes hold the secret of a hundred campaigns."
A veteran of many wars, the Man-at-Arms is a bastion of physical as well as emotional strength to the group. He's come to the hamlet as a means of finding purpose in protecting others again, as a failure of his previous command led to the many deaths of his allies.
The Man-at-Arms is a focused and expertly resolute man that weighs the consequences of his choices carefully. He's got a plan for nearly every occasion and wishes to do well by his new companions; yet fears that it may all be for naught in the end.

Pitch needs to be lower, as your voice is reaching to sound older yet I can tell there's a strain there by the way you don't utilize your throat in the dialogue and deliver the lines in a rapid manner. This delivery in particular has a pace that's too quick, and doesn't linger on any sort of emotional center long enough for me to believe you're emoting with this character. Tone is starts off somewhat strong in the first line reading, as you put some of the emotional weight behind your words but it is almost immediately lost after this. Your second line lacks the dejected mood as your final lines are too subdued where they should be at their strongest.
