WDT - Darkest Dungeon: Voices in the Dark - Voice Mod
GHsiao for The Leper
"This man understands that adversity and existence... are one and the same."
A man deprived of life and longing for absolution, the Leper is a man afflicted by disease yet retains his unwavering resolve. He was once the king of a far away land, and has come to the hamlet as a means of finding purpose in purging the darkness and inevitable death.
The Leper carries himself in a calm, mature demeanor as he has prepared his body and mind for the final stroke of death. As a result, he details his words with short poetic prose to both accent their purpose and to ease the burden on his diseased throat.

Pitch needs to be lower here, as it not only sounds too young but doesn't really sell the character's raspy voice. Delivery is fair, you have the poetic rhythm behind the Leper's voice as well as his calm demeanor but there is a lacking gusto to the second line's last half that could be stronger. Tone is grave, and somber which does match the character's intent throughout the lines. However, it is the pitch that works against you here, as it makes the tone come off as a little out of the character's age.
