Taking this from the Ref of her to help out: Lynn is mostly a very manipulative woman who usually cannot be trusted. She is quite good at seduction and acting. Lynn seems to love to tease people and likes to refer to everything as cute or adorable. She mostly doesn't like to see the bad side of things. She is a bit childish sometimes, and she does use curse words a lot in her speech. However, when angered, she will throw weapons and possibly scream and throw a whole tantrum. She seems to have a very twisted way of showing people her "love" to them, even though she doesn't actually love them even though she says she does. Aside from that, Lynn can be caring to people like innocent humans, and Lynn has a soft side for children. But she is said to be a big liar.

I have no idea how Lynn sounds like in the creator of her's head but I imagine a kinda gentle voice that can switch to 100 real quick
