Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line. 

For the first audition line, you want a customer to know that he/she is getting a better deal with you than with others. You are proud of the services and goods you are able to offer.

For the second audition line, the courier just told you that he/she was thinking about going down to the slums. You really want him/her to know how stupid of an idea that is. It almost seems like a joke that someone would suggest that course of action.
