He is mysterious, cocky, and ultimately dangerous. Has a vendetta against Langlee as they used to be partners in the Saito Initiative.
He is also very menacing, mid-deep voice.
"IS THIS ALL YOU'VE GOT? You're better than this, Langlee..."
"You're surely different now, Langlee. When we worked together, you seemed a lot more confident. All of that is gone now."
