Art, a pre-war ghoul, is a co-owner of the Ground Kontrol classic arcade in Portland. His favorite customers are those who pay up, don't damage the premises, and leave as soon as possible.

As Art is a ghoul, you should have a rasp like Gob from Fallout 3 as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Ih7LuhAU7k&t=15s. If you do not have a ghoul rasp for your audition for Art, your audition will be disqualified. 

Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line. 

For the first audition line, you want the customer to know how you usually conduct business. You also are more concerned about the customer's money than his wellbeing.

For the second audition line, you want the customer to know what it was like back in the good old days. You wish things could go back to how they were. It's also a bit painful to think about it as you soon realize the state of the current world afterwards.

For the third audition line, you want the respect of the customer for the premises, your magnum opus. It is a shame that not everyone knows about this spot. It deserves more respect and love than just a place to obtain cheap moments of happiness from.
