Reality Bugs are characters still in development. They are little creatures that hide in the shadows, possessing the power to alter their targets vision and reality, making things you normally would think someone insane sees a reality in the mind of the victim. If possible, reverse the dialogue and make it almost impossible to make out, as that's how they speak.
