Jeff swears a lot and acts similar to an angsty teen, he's not very compassionate and tends to be rude a lot along with picking fights with the other Proxies. He's short tempered and doesn't care very much for others.

He kinda sounds like a gruff young man and is very moody, most of the time he's sarcastic while others he may show a sliver of compassion, I imagine him with kind of a smoker's voice but it can also be flowing as well.
