Leon Collins is one of the more freelance and exciting characters in Syrenet. He's an arms dealer and helps supply weapons for Syrenet and the U.S Military, but he may potentially have dark dealings under the table. He's rude, sarcastic, can be manic at times, and loves to make people uncomfortable. He's gotten to where he is in life by knowing who to fear and not caring regardless. Leon is in 7 out of 20 chapters.
