Roy Arcadia is one of the four main protagonists of Syrenet, a brand new employee to the governmental branch who feels as if everything he's going through is by chance or not his fault. He tries to be charismatic, but he actually is more honest and speaks his mind than anything else. Last name pronunciation is Arcade-e-a. As the third lead, Roy is in 14 out of 20 chapters.

No man who is not guilty acts like he has something to hide. Guilty men have something to hide, and Leon Collins is hiding something. He's guilty of something, I'm sure of it... " (a pause, chewing on his cheek, hesitating) "Although, it very well may be an expired parking ticket, as a man can be trivialized for a crime any day in this country it seems."
