Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line.
For the first audition line, you are nostalgic and happily recalling the good old days. You remember how many people visited the area. Their wallets filled with caps. You remember how much money you were making. You wish that this place could someday soon return to how it was in its heyday. At the same time, your also a bit disappointed and grim about the current dirty and dingy conditions you are working in.
For the second audition line, you are being coldly and firmly warning the courier that you are not to be trifled with. You want him/her to feel intimidated. You want him to know he needs to show respect towards you. This is a serious matter that needs to be clear to anyone who wants to interact with you. They need to know this right from the start or else they'll see your bad side. You also know that anyone who sees your bad side will regret it right away.
For the third audition line, you are bored with your job and slightly annoyed that this guy is taking so long to buy something. You hate window shoppers as they require you to be constantly alert on their activities in the case they shoplift or actually decide to buy something. More often than not, they piss you off by just leaving empty-handed after keeping you busy for an hour. Also, it doesn't help that most of the visitors to your shop these days are just window shoppers and not actual customers. You really want your place to just be made up of customers who come in with an idea on what they want to buy, make a purchase, and leave. Quick and efficient. No one wastes any time.
It seems bad now, I know, but this place used to be full of traders.
Good, I don't like people talking about me behind my back.
You gonna' buy something or what?
Solid audition.
