Fallout: The Frontier Master Casting Call (Fallout New Vegas DLC Sized Mod)
madmanransom for Grant
The reluctant leader of Arlington Heights, a settlement on a sharp decline. Grant knows full well that Arlington Heights is a dying settlement, but stays there out of a sense of loyalty. He generally views things from a neutral and calm standpoint. The situation he finds himself in may be bad, but, all things considered, it could be worse. However, if someone gets on his bad side, he will do anything to make them pay.
Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line.
For the first audition line, you are grim and honest while explaining the situation with your settlement. You're not very happy with the state of the town but have kind of learned to accept the place as the way it is. No point in you getting emotional or overly angry. Thinking like that wouldn't help with the situation anyway. You're just looking at your town from a calm and constructive perspective.
For the second audition line, you are being honest and humble with how you ended up with your position. You want the courier to realize just exactly what type of person you are. There's also a bit of pity and regret you feel realizing that this town only has yourself to rely on rather than having the proper administration it deserves.
For the third audition line, you are being grave, intimidating, and menacing. While you are gentle and kind to people who just pass by the place or are friends, you are absolutely merciless and vengeful with anyone who dares lay a finger on this place you call home. You want the courier to know that while this place may not look like much, it is very well protected. All possible aggressors should have second thoughts before going toe to toe with you. You are a sheepdog that protects the sheep from the wolves.
Was a town before the war, and a small settlement after it. Now it's little better than a flophouse.
I'm the closest thing this place has to a mayor. Not that I wanted the job mind you, it's just that no one else was willing to take it.
If anyone threatens this place, there's going to be hell to pay, I can tell you that much.
Fantastic audition. A very intimidating and engaging performance! Great work.
Oh. Thank you! I'm flattered.
