I strongly recommend a better mic but also you need to get more in character when acting, don't say "heh heh heh" but actually give a bit of a mischievous laugh, imagine you're flying over some ropes while everyone else has to struggle, let yourself be a showoff (the mic thing is equally important, but acting is all about being the character)
