There's obviously a lot more, for background audience and some main character interaction. If you're interested in more, think of Big-City Chatter in a Victorian Era, and come up with a few lines. I'm certain we can add it in, even if it will be background noise.
The first one is that of a member of the Military Police, calm, composed, even if he does seem in a bit of a hurry. Less outrageous "have you seen this man" and more of a calm and composed tone. Ranges go from light to deep.
The second one is a pirate, member of the crew, yet also terrible loyal. Going for a cockney feel.
The third one is a man saving someone from a wreckage in the dunes. Give it sort of a urh, an Australian or Afrikaan accent if you can.
(People accepted for the role must have Discord and will most likely be pre-recorded, unlike the other voice actors.)
"Have you seen this man?"
"Alright thank you."
"You know what tha’ price is for stealin’ cards right boy? Imma’ take ya’ hand.”
“A-aye cap’ain.”
"That's right mate. We're 'ere to save you."
"Don't worry about the ship, Oh help your lady friend there walk mate. Won't be walking for long I promise you that."
