Rebecca is a kind and energetic girl from the planet Blue Garden who travels to different planets to record videos for Aoneko Channel, a video-sharing website, with the goal of obtaining one million subscribers. She pilots a spaceship called the Aqua Wing which also functions as a seaboat. She is initially wary of Shiki, but soon warms to him and, after seeing him being mistreated by his robot companions, affirms herself as his friend.

Rebecca may be Lucy's double however don't feel like you need to make a Lucy impression. So long as it isn't a silly voice do what ever voice you see fit.

  • [Slightly creeped out] What is wrong with him?! But wait... I thought there weren't supposed to be any humans here!

  • [Yelling/verge of tears] You can be friends with anyone! It doesn't matter if your human or machine!!

  • [slightly angry] No, your coming with me! We're friends aren't we?!

You could benefit from a better mic/recording environment

Thanks for the tip, I've invested in a Blue Yeti and Snowball, neither of which have worked properly unfortunately. Stuff ain't cheap that's for sure.

A yeti is better than a snowball by my understanding but if you want the really good audio look into XLRs (only if you plan to commit to voice acting long-term) also the room could use better treatment or at least throw a blanket over you and the mic. the “how to be a voice actor” series on YouTube by SBN3 is something I recommend watching to understand more

A Yeti is known to be better than a Snowball however my Yeti has an annoyingly horrible electrical buzz that I just can't seem to get rid of. For now I'm just trying to get as much experience as I can in the industry before I decide whether or not I want to commit full-time into voice acting. Thanks again for the tips, I'll look into watching that series sometime.
