Rags is a sad, pathetic ghoul who lives alone in the slums of a trader town. He struggles to hold himself together, sometimes literally, but still manages to keep his hopes up.

As Rags is a ghoul, you should have a rasp like Hancock from Fallout 4 as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qbg0QVIpxiU. If you do not have a ghoul rasp for your audition for Johnny Sims, your audition will be disqualified. 

Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line. 

For the first audition line, you feel a bit embarrassed making such a request to a stranger but are hoping for them to accept it. You have waited for a long time for this request to be fulfilled by someone. You are a bit anxious to receive a positive response soon. You really hope this person you are talking to is the hero you are looking for.

For the second audition line, you are surprised at the generosity displayed by this individual. You thought good samaritans like this person were all wiped out from the wasteland. You are overjoyed and incredibly grateful to this individual. Finally, your days of suffering will be coming to an end and a brighter future awaits you.

For the third audition line, you are disappointed but not that surprised. You've been rejected before so this isn't anything new. You hoped something different would happen but its the same situation as usual. You already are ready to go back to how you existed before. There is some anger inside you at the fact that you aren't going to be doing better anytime soon.
