As Quarter Master Erin is a partial ghoul, you should have a rasp like Hancock from Fallout 4 as shown in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qbg0QVIpxiU. If you do not have a ghoul rasp for your audition for Johnny Sims, your audition will be disqualified.

Record all audition lines while referring to the notes below for each line and do one take of each line. 

For the first audition line, you are asking the courier whether he'd like to do business with you. You are bored and not energetic due to how little you have in stock and the current state of affairs around you. This is another usual slow day with the occasional traveler passing by your shop.

For the second audition line, you are casually saying your goodbyes to the follower. You don't care or mind the interaction you two just had. You are simply moving on from the interaction. In a matter of hours, you will have forgotten having ever met this person. 

For the third audition line, you are sadly speaking about the state of affairs of your store. You are by no means proud of the state that you are in, but also accepting of the situation. Not much you can do besides being sad and walking through life without much thought or care. You do want the courier to know that the shop may not be the best option available.
