The Mistwalker is the tribal leader of The Dunes of the Serpent's place. He has been granted magical abilities by the God of the Serpent himself, One to craft mist out of thin air, trapping enemies with paranoia.  Wearing a large mask the man is about 6'3 and relatively athletic, with speed and silence he eliminates his enemies one by one with a pair of glaives molded against his arms and skins, sharpened to cut as much as possible. He wears a 'gas mask' which seems to be a side effect from the magical entities within him, causing him to have a larger rasp and grimier ghastly voice.

A deep voice, with an African accent that provides not only power, but control. The mask even masks the voice a little to seem more ghastly.
