These people don't have to have Minecraft, but must have the tools to make Minecraft skins. You don't have to do HD skins, as I would mostly prefer not to have HD skins unless it is decided by our cast that we should. Either way, make sure that you can do both just in case. This is also for the people's OCs that they make to play the game.
These people need to be able to have lots of free time to make as many skins as possible for the server. I will try to get several people to do this job, but we need a large variety to choose from to inhabit the cities and villages of the map.
