Prince Fleaswallow appeared in the first PaRappa game. He helped PaRappa earn money to fix his dad's car. In the anime, he teaches PaRappa how to surf.
He will only appear in one episode
A voice like the game is what we would prefer. It should also be noted that he has a slightly raspy voice.
I used to be a surfer, but that was back when I was young. Now, I'm too old to surf, and I have to live out the rest of my days in a old flea market...
Being of Jamaican descent myself, I changed the line a tiny bit to better fit how a Jamaican would actually speak, though I tried to balance between being fluent and speaking straight up Patwa.
