Flowey's voice starts out seemingly kind and friendly, but devolves into a demonic-sounding beast of a voice.
Howdy! I'm Flowey. Flowey the flower!
Down here, love is shared through... Little white... "Friendliness" pellets! Are you ready? Move around, get as many as you can!
*player dodges the "pellets"*
*eyes narrow*
Hey buddy, you missed them. Let's try again, okay?
*player dodges the "pellets" again*
*voice becomes very irritated*
Is this a joke? Are you braindead? RUN. INTO. THE. BULLETS. I MEAN FRIENDLINESS PELLETS!
*player dodges again*
*voice loses all sense of friendliness*
You know what's going on here, don't you? You just wanted to see me suffer! DIE.

Clever. Verrrryyy clever. You think you're really smart, don't you? In this world, it's kill or be killed. So you were able to play by your own rules. You spared the life of a single person.
Hee hee hee... I bet you feel really great. You didn't kill anybody this time. But what will you do if you meet an relentless killer? You'll die, and you'll die, and you'll die. Until you tire of trying.
What will you do then? Will you kill out of frustration? Or will you give up entirely on this world and let ME inherit the power to control it? I am the prince(or princess, depending on your gender). Don't worry, my little monarch, my plan isn't regicide. This is SO much more interesting. *demonic laugh*
I hope you don't mind, I raised the pitch of my voice for this one and added some extra effects.
You did a great job with the effects on your voice. I can tell you've got talent in audio editing.

Oh man, this voice is so good. It's EXACTLY how I imagined Flowey to sound, with the pitch change, demonic voice, and everything.

For the evil voice I really didn't do all that much, I just duplicated the track several times and had each one at a different pitch. Then I just added a filter to increase vocal clarity on each one, and voila!

Well, I personally hope you'll do something a little more interesting for Flowey's voice modulation if you get the part. The duplicated/pitched voice is a bit passe, my opinion. I personally imagine that Flowey would use a different sort of frightening voice for each "face" he makes. Some with a reversed echo, some with distorted reverberation, some backed by "whispers of the damned..." You know the deal. But everything else was spot on, I'd say! :) I'm upvoting you.
Thanks! I actually considered changing the voice modulation for each face, but I decided to keep it the way it was since I was pretty busy at the time and that would have taken much longer. If I were to get the part, I'll be sure to keep your suggestion in mind!
This so much! I actually adore this audition to bits! It's more or less perfect, but I do agree the voice change isnt quite what I imagined, and sounds a bit cliché however I'm not a sound editor nor do I have any experience there so I'm not sure exactly how I'd have gone about it either. Of course it's still good, and you clearly have talent in sound editing, and it would work fine for the lets play anyways. It was just... a bit of a let down when the actual voice and voice work is so spot on! :)
