Argonian, one of the most integral characters in the mod apart from the main character. A shadowscale who believes strongly in the traditional values of Blackmarsh. While he's not an 'old man' persay, he should have a mature sounding voice.

Honestly the more understated inflection is better for Okan-Za, you hit a nice spot between monotone and emotional that fits him really well.
