Quite a calm and average guy. Not up for much of a fight, but it would be useful if you can do a shouty or more panicked voice as well for scenes that are a bit more scary.

NOTE: Tim Bartlett is based off a real person. So, there is a chance we can get the real person to voice act the character. But that is extremely unlikely.
