A former Nazi officer who rose to prominence due to his intelligence and cruelty, he is a mastermind with a deep desire for control over the world. Red Skull is a man driven by a distorted vision of order and the supremacy of his ideals, believing that the world must be reshaped under his rule. He is cold, calculating, and enjoys manipulating people to do his bidding. His past experiences have shaped him into a man who believes that sacrifice and violence are necessary to create a "perfect" world. The creation of "The Vortex" is a key part of his plan to assert dominance and eliminate all those who stand in his way. Though he has a deep-seated hatred for those who oppose him, he is also highly intelligent, able to anticipate moves and outmaneuver his enemies with strategic precision.

Red Skull is manipulative, charismatic in a twisted way, and completely devoid of moral qualms. He is a brilliant strategist, always thinking several steps ahead and often making decisions that benefit him in the long run. His arrogance is one of his defining characteristics—he truly believes that his way is the only way for humanity to thrive. He is unwavering in his pursuit of power and will stop at nothing to achieve his goals, even if it means destroying everyone around him. Despite his imposing demeanor, Red Skull has moments of vulnerability, especially when it comes to his obsession with control and his fear of failure.

• Steve Rogers (Captain America) – Red Skull sees Steve as a symbol of the things that stand in his way—hope, heroism, and the ideals of justice. He believes that by defeating Steve, he will prove the superiority of his ideology.

• Logan (The Creator of The Vortex) – Red Skull and Logan share a complicated and antagonistic relationship. While Logan’s creation of The Vortex threatens Red Skull’s ambitions, Red Skull sees potential in the device and its power. He may try to manipulate Logan into aligning with him, but Red Skull's need for dominance means he will ultimately see Logan as expendable.
