Admiral Margaret Parangosky is a secondary character in the ARTIFICIAL FAULTS story. The Commander-in-Chief within the Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), Parangosky is the lead figure on postwar special operations concerning Spartan unit Zero Team. She primarily is in contact with Colonel Caden Duncan, her assigned liaison for the unit and middleman for her larger plots.
Throughout the season, Admiral Parangosky's true intentions become more and more questionable. First presented as a standard figure of authority, Parangosky's desire to protect humanity regardless of any evil that may come with it reign strong. Although ultimately well-intentioned, her lack of restraint places her in a ruthless position for those beneath her.
