Bio: Tessa is a store owner who runs a bakery in Cyrodiil. She was invited by Queen Elisif to sell her wares at the ball that the player and Casavir attend. She is extremely hospital and sweet, a lot like the pastries and cakes she sells. She has an inviting feeling to her personality that is very welcoming and makes you want to sit down and have a cup of tea with her.
