gruff, mean alien monster voice for sci fi radio play

Need a strong voice to sound cruel and insensitive. in my universe there are greedy and callous creatures called Vlutaa. They aren't quite Ferengi or Klingons, they are similar to Vogons from HGTTG. I want a deep gruff voice like Jim Cummings, but a weasely high pitched voice like Billy West's Peter Lorre, could work too as a way to be distinct from the other voices.
