Super anxious and unintentionally loud (but also the most knowledgeable about Turf Wars in Team Blue); Specs is the tsukkomi ( "straight men") of the team, where he either expresses exhaustion at others' antics, or is literally the victim of them. He does have moments of confidence, but they're usually immediately shot down.
