Mrs. Howard is the nosy and privileged neighbor of the protagonists. She is married to a wealthy doctor and spends most of her days complaining about other people’s property or shopping for new clothes. She is the prime target for most of the kids pranks and is often has over the top reactions to their shenanigans.
